celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month the PRCCCF along
with Florida Mall's Borders will host the first
"Call to All Latino Authors".

It is
important to acknowledge writers for what they are,
witnesses of our culture, our past and our future. For
this reason we at the PRCCCF belief that we ought them a
great deal of appreciation. Our hope is that in the
future, this event would become one of the most
significant celebration for our artists. The Hon. John
Quiñones, Chairman of Osceola County, will be the
keynote speaker for this event.
